Sidney Larsen
Sidney Larsen is a Paris-based, New York-qualified international arbitration attorney and an Associate at Aceris Law. Sidney holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in law from the Université Paris Nanterre. She also earned a master’s degree in international peace and conflict resolution from American University and a bachelor’s degree in French from Luther College.
Sidney began her career in international dispute resolution as an intern with the Managing Counsel at the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration in Paris, France, before becoming a Trainee at Aceris Law. She has experience in commercial, investment, and construction disputes under the ICC, ICSID, LMAA, UNCITRAL and SIAC arbitration rules and both common law and civil law systems and the CISG.
Additionally, she has completed internships with various departments of the United States Government, including the Department of Defense (Military Commissions Defense Organization), the Department of Justice (National Courts Section), and the Department of Homeland Security (Human Rights Violator Law Division).
Of American origin, Sidney is a native English speaker and proficient in French.
