Sidney Larsen
Sidney Larsen, an Associate at Aceris Law,* has studied law in both the United States at the American University Washington College of Law and in France at the Université Paris Nanterre. She also earned a Master’s degree in international peace and conflict resolution from American University.
Sidney began her career in international dispute resolution as an intern at the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration in Paris, France, before joining Aceris Law. She has experience with disputes under both common law and civil law systems.
Additionally, she has completed internships with various departments of the United States Government, including the Department of Defense (Military Commissions Defense Organization), the Department of Justice (National Courts Section), and the Department of Homeland Security (Human Rights Violator Law Division).
Sidney is a native English speaker and proficient in French.

Aceris Law LLC, Geneva – Trainee
As a trainee, Sidney was involved in commercial and investment disputes under the ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID Rules including construction and investment arbitrations.
ICC International Court of Arbitration – Intern
As an intern with the Managing Counsel of the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration, Sidney conducted research related to various issues in arbitration, such as FIDIC model arbitration clauses and the consolidation of arbitration cases.
