Aceris Law is pleased to announce that Nina Jankovic, Counsel at Aceris Law, has been ranked as a Future Leader in Lexology Index: Construction, recognising her work in international construction arbitration and complex cross-border construction disputes.

Nina Jankovic Aceris Law

This recognition is meaningful because Lexology Index research draws on detailed market feedback from clients, corporate counsel and leading practitioners, combined with data-led analysis. For construction companies, contractors, employers, subcontractors, developers, engineers and State entities, it is an external confirmation of the quality and commitment that Nina brings to disputes arising from major infrastructure, energy and commercial projects.

Nina has more than a decade of experience representing clients in construction, commercial and investment arbitrations worldwide. She has acted in more than 50 international arbitrations under leading institutional and ad hoc rules, including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, SCC, SIAC and ICDR, among others. Her construction-related practice includes disputes involving EPC and infrastructure projects, energy projects, delay and disruption, variations, termination issues, payment disputes, defects, risk allocation and claims under complex cross-border contracts.

Clients and peers have praised Nina for being “very well organised”, a “methodical researcher with a sharp intellect” and a “skilled drafter who presents cases succinctly”. They also describe her as professional, approachable, friendly and responsive. These qualities are critical in construction arbitration, where the outcome often depends on mastering technical facts, coordinating experts, building the evidentiary record and presenting a clear case to the tribunal.

Aceris Law thanks the clients, peers and colleagues whose trust, feedback and support contributed to this recognition. We are grateful to the project owners, contractors, engineers, investors and public entities that continue to entrust Aceris Law with high-value and technically complex construction disputes across jurisdictions. We also congratulate Nina for this well-deserved recognition, which reflects her dedication to clients and her role in Aceris Law’s international arbitration team.

Construction disputes are often high-stakes, time-sensitive and document-heavy. A single dispute may involve multiple contracts, jurisdictions, applicable laws, languages and technical disciplines. Aceris Law’s construction arbitration practice is designed to handle these challenges efficiently. The firm combines lean case management, rigorous legal analysis and cost-effective representation with experience under the world’s major arbitration rules.

Nina’s recognition as a Future Leader in Lexology Index: Construction strengthens Aceris Law’s profile in the construction sector and reflects the firm’s ability to assist clients in disputes involving major international construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial and public-private partnership projects.

Aceris Law remains committed to providing the highest quality international arbitration representation with transparent and competitive fees. Nina’s recognition is a welcome acknowledgement of the firm’s dedication to construction clients and excellence in international dispute resolution.
